What is included in a Deep House Cleaning Service?
A typical deep cleaning will include cleaning all rooms from top to bottom. This means dusting ceiling fans, cleaning windows, washing walls, mopping floors, and cleaning carpets. In the kitchen, Maid Happy will clean appliances, cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes.
Maid Happy will do our best to remove all the dirt and grime that may have built up since the last time your home was cleaned. Living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, tubs or any place that needs a good deep clean. Our goal is make sure that each are you want is clean and disinfected.
We will also empty and clean all the bins. In the bathroom, they will clean the toilets, showers, tubs, and mirrors. Afterword's we will leave your home sparkling clean from top to bottom!

How long does it take to do a detailed cleaning?
It depends on the size of your home and how detailed you want your cleaning to be. Generally, it will take at least two or three hours to clean every room in your house from top to bottom. If you want to clean all the surfaces, scrub the toilets and baths, and vacuum and mop the floors, it could easily take six or seven hours.
Of course, we don't have to clean every room in your home. Some customers prefer us to split up different rooms at a time. This allows to limit the cleaning price for the service as well as reduces the amount of time our cleaning crew is in your home doing cleaning tasks.
Tidying up kid toys is helpful but not always necessary, we want to clean your home and spending time picking up toy bombs and reorganizing will take away from the time our house cleaners have to do the service.
If you have any special requests, be sure to let us know so we can prepare the cleaners before they arrive. This way, they can be sure to focus on the areas that are most important to you.
Make sure if you have an alarm code to also provide that or have a way to deactivate the alarm on arrival. We can always call ahead of time to let you know when we've arrived. If we are waiting to enter please know that it may cut into the time that we have allotted for your cleaning.
At the beginning of a cleaning, our cleaning technicians will check around the home for items that may have been broken before starting a cleaning. We will inform the home owner if this instance occurs before we start cleaning.
For items broken while cleaning, we instruct the cleaning technician to stop what they're doing and talk to the home owner. If the home owner is not present, we will leave a note with the broken item in a highly visible area such as your kitchen island/counter. We will attempt to communicate with the home owner after the job is completed.
A professional deep cleaning will typically involve thorough cleaning of all surfaces in your home, as well as crevices and corners that are often overlooked during standard cleanings. Additionally, special attention will be paid to areas that are known to accumulate dust and dirt such as vents, light fixtures, window treatments and sills and door frames. If you have any specific areas that you would like cleaned in addition to the standard services, be sure to mention this when scheduling your appointment.
We do scheduled cleanings as well, so if you need a maid service to do recurring cleanings we can get you on the schedule.
